  I started looking for a special tribute for my Dad who passed away recently. Calling around various florists, I knew from the minute I spoke to Michelle on the phone that my decision was made. I'd read about her attention to detail in other reviews and this immediately became obvious during our phone conversation. Michelle produced an impeccable tribute for my Dad in the shape of his beloved guitar, working from a photograph and when I went to pick it up, I could have almost plugged it in and played it. Added to that, the customer service was faultless to a tee, and Michelle took time to assist me and explain to me how to care for the tribute during my long journey onward to Devon for Dad's funeral. I will use Pick a Posy again without hesitation (although hopefully for a happier occasion in future) and would recommend them to anyone. A heartfelt thank you Michelle, I am sure Dad would feel the same.
