  Plenty of parking which is free, disabled spaces are also available. spaced out from each other and conveniently close to strood high street at only 50 or so meters. The shops lack diversity and have multiple pound shops and a discount store. It also has a modern KFC which has ample seating for a takeaway restaurant, but unfortunately is packed out the door during peak times. The car park also hosts a car meetup on an irregular basis in the evening, which packs the car park with people and modified cars.the gym located at the end of the retail park, is very modern and is very popular.
